Sold my second home in the Catskills earlier this year and needed climate controlled storage for some personal items. I performed an analysis of similar places within 10-15 miles and this place was the best. I reserved online and was more than impressed when I arrived with my 20’ U-Haul. This place looks brand new and it was at a perfect temperature on a stormy humid day which made loading my items into the storage unit a delight. Don’t snooze on this place if you’re looking for storage in the Hudson Valley!

I have an indoor 5’x10’ unit. Super clean and updated inside the building with lots of doors so you can get to your unit quickly. There’s even a dolly floating around in the hallway to use if you need. Fair price, good service. Would recommend.

Once you complete your rental and sign the agreement, you will be given a unique gate code that will allow you access to your unit.
Our facility is equipped with 24/7 video surveillance, gated access, and secure locks to ensure the safety of your items.
We offer very flexible rental terms. You can rent a unit on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitments required.
Payments can be made online through our secure portal, over the phone, or set up for automatic monthly billing.
We ask that you give us 14-days notice when you are ready to vacate your unit and you can let us know by phone, text or email. Please leave the unit clean/empty, unlocked and with the door closed. Send us photos of the empty unit and we will close out your account on the same day you vacate.
Our office hours are 6:00 AM–10:00 PM. Standard access hours are 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, with a 24/7 access upgrade available for $10/month. Our team is available by phone, text, or email daily from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.
